Child support payments are collected and processed by a single entity, the CA State Disbursement Unit (SDU). Payments do not post to your account until the payment is received at the SDU.

Pay at Tehama County Child Support Services, located at 1005 Vista Way, Suite A in Red Bluff. For a cash, check or money order payment to post by the first of the month, you must pay in the office by the 18th of the month to allow time for the payment to be processed and mailed to the State Disbursement Unit. Credit Card and electronic check payments will post on your account within the same day if made by 3pm.
You will need your child support Participant ID number and Receive Code 14630 for California child support payments sent to “CA SDU”. MoneyGram charges a $1.99 fee. Notice: It takes approximately 3 days for your payment to be posted to your child support account.
